Well they did say per FB post:
common stock at the ratio of 1:333 (which would result in there being a total of 90,090,091 shares of common stock issued and outstanding following the reverse split)
and they stated approval for restatement to our articles of incorporation to reduce the number of authorized shares of common stock from 30,000,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares
So if that does happen it would be
90 mil OS
500 mil AS

Who knows though. Seems like there is a lot more transpiring this weekend as they said they now have a slew of filings forthcoming.
