Due process?
How many times in court have you heard that's hearsay?

Want to get back at someone without due process?

Wait a minute you say that's impossible the law says due process innocent until guilty!

That's what we've been taught is it not?

Isn't due process a huge part of what makes us a FREE AMERICA?

The below link is what happens when due process is thrown out the window when emotions take over what was once a CIVIL society.

I have no idea if this man is mentally unstable nor does anyone else because claims were based on hearsay with no due process.

If you think someone is dangerous to themselves or others and the threat of that danger isn't immediate would it not be smarter to approach them on the way to work?

Anywhere else then at 5:30 in the morning wouldn't you think?

Knowing he is armed is it fair to to be placing LE in that position instead of a position of knocking on the door in daylight taking the surprise danger out of the equation?
