If I'm reading this right.

Assuming an average share price of .064, you get 183823 shares of stock for $10,000 up front. About $11,764 dollars worth. An equivalent share price of 5.44 cents.

You also get the option to buy 32895 shares at no more than 7.6 cents for 5 years.

Does that sound about right?

It will be interesting to see what effect this has on the pps.
