I would love to see them reduce shares just like everyone else, all in due time.

If GrowLife were not growing and acquiring and doubling or tripling revenue repeatedly, the warrants and R/S would be very negative.

However, they are choosing to raise outside money with warrants to grow rapidly, the timing is right. Also they are choosing to R/S because they want to, not because they might get de-listed. MH has said the R/S is needed to up-list to the big board, he also said the big board was desired in order to have access to money from larger lenders.

So far MH has delivered on every promise made, so he has gained my trust.

No trickery or deception here, simply good business and predictable actions from a very young and growing company.
