Issuing all those shares is what they bought their property assets with. That's why they have no monetary debt, they paid with Company shares and why so many shares are outstanding. They only have 7 million now in cash, so making a share buyback might not be the right move unless it's a fairly small buyback, done mainly for show.

Too much dilution is not good, but I sure as Hell don't want to see them do a reverse split to lessen the numbers. Keith said they wouldn't do that in the past.
