$RBII Rising Biosciences I am no longer involved with this stock as a fundamentals investor I can no longer support this stock due to it's management being incompetent, combative to shareholders, lack of communication, inability to complete projects on time. Quite simply the fundamentals are no longer there

Those of us that have been here since the early days may recall that RBII & PAOG were acquired as separate companies as regulations would not allow them to be a single company and now they are merging???

Somethings rotten in Denmark!!!

I was going to buy back in after 30 days to average down and capture the tax loss but have lost all faith in the management of this company with their smoke and mirrors and last press release and will not be buying back in

I'm not saying this to get people to dump and I wish everyone luck with their positions, who knows maybe they will get their shit together and pull a rabbit out of the hat but I personally have my doubts and feel that both tickers have been irreparably damaged as long as the current Board Members are involved with both companies

I wish everyone the best of luck and please do not let my action dictate your investment decision, quite simply as a fundamentalist it no longer met my investment criteria

I kept a single share to remind me to not marry a stock
