Yes, VanEck sold a lot of shares when they rebalanced their mining fund. Frank made the comment to me on Friday that there were too many outstanding shares of Company stock out there and that he wanted to make an effort to reduce that number. He didn't tell how he was going to go about doing that, but I agreed with him.

They had better not be considering to do some sort of reverse stock split.
