People that dumped the day after the news release were the ones that purchased in the trips and those that believed that R/M was going to be with a biotech company. When they saw the release and realized that the R/M wasn't with biotech, but with a foreign investment firm, nobody ever heard of, people became disappointed and panic sold. I believe you are one of those people.

Shortly after, people bought back in heavily when they actually researched Woodbrook grp. and saw its potential. The only misinformation here were the ones saying that NHPI was going to be some company called Salerno, which it never turned out to be. All we know now is that NHPI is now Woodbrook grp.. Beyond that, it's all speculation at this point.
