You cannot be more wrong. They released the merger pr just one week ago. This is not sec filer. They can split it anytime they want without informing anyone.

If it´s legit and based on my dd i can say at least the company exists, you don´t get 100% of the merging company in a stock with 1,25. o/s. Common sense?
