I have been involved in two public companies - both startups - one was on Nasdaq - but I would need a CFO. I have a very good friend that is a well known securities attorney that would help - I don't want a company that isn't a SEC Registrant.

Plus, I don't have a business that I am involved with that would be a good fit for a public company.

You would be a good candidate to be part of a public company.
