$BTE Short equity has increased as per the Oct 31 report just out, Shares Sold Short 9.12 M Change from Last +11.58% no doubt higher now 10 days later but interestingly enough TTM institutional/fund buying increased, 31 mil shares added to their positions not 1 share sold.

Bears are having their moment in the sun, won't last with institutions and funds just continuing to increase their holdings it will get sorted out, if you add add the bears lows.
