My belief is we are 2 years away from federal legalization in the US at a minimum. MTRAC has realized for longevity sake it needs to be more than just a mechanism to process credit card transactions. If their documentation holds true then they are also a full blown Point of Sale Enterprise Resource Planning System. Once you become reliant on a system like this switching to a new system is no easy task and usually cost prohibitive. This gives them a life after legalization imho.
