Wrong, it´s the last tranche which they sell currently.

Dilution happened in the moment shares were issued, not in the moment they sell them. Dilution is over!

Your statement is completely false and they are running out of shares. DIGAF will look completely different next week and very thin.

Company cannot issue many shares without filing. They cannot have many left.
