When you talk about "supporting debt holder" do you realize at the same time he supports and protects also shareholders - the people you say he doesn´t care about?

The impact of dilution without news DIGAF shareholders have seen last months. I did not want to see DIGAF lower and i bet other shareholders see it the same way.

If you wait until everything is sold DIGAF would be possible at lower pps, many million shares in the hands of new flipper which means new resistance for us. That´s not in the interest of shareholders!
Chart would also look worse.

He did it right no matter if stock is not at .02 or .03 by now. We will get there next week. Don´t worry about us! ;)
