@ Whiskey Faz also pointed out that the SP should be rising in anticipation of approval. For some reason they are not.
Today there were 7,185 shares bought and 37,485 shares sold. The average # of shares looked different so I suspect new short sellers.
Bottom line: shares are on sale for under 2 bucks right on the threshold of approval. What a great opportunity!
