Those that complain but just talk - more white noise and never do anything - well that is 80% of the people - hell stop complaining and do something.

Contact the Delaware SOS and file for Custodianship of NGCG - inform the courts it has been abandoned and you are doing it in the best interest of the shareholders.

The odd thing is that I understand shareholders complaining but those holding zero stock - but oddly seem obsessed with NGCG/Kim - is very unusual.
