CellCube Announces Further Delay in Filing of Audited Financials

November 9, 2018, – Toronto, Canada, CellCube Energy Storage Systems Inc. (“CellCube” or the “Company”) (CSE CUBE) (OTCQB CECBF) (Frankfurt 01X) announces a further delay in the filing its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and related officer certifications for the nine months ended June 30, 2018 (the “Annual Financial Filings”).

“It is now our expectation to file early next week,” states Mike Neylan, CEO of CellCube. “While we continue to work diligently with our auditors to complete the process, we would like our shareholders to know that the delay continues to be purely a function of the complexity of the financial reporting relating to the consolidation of our recent acquisitions rather than any significant issues with the auditor or the audit process. We are very close to completion”.
