This has been going on for about a year Float used to be 9 million last Oct Look what those Average trades and the form Ts have done to PRED Check the float now over 27 million and check to see whats still coming 82 million. Company might be decent BUT to many shares are over hanging. Stock would be trading in the $15.00 range if the float was still 9 million shares
