GIFA Holdings and their CEO Kisa said BY 2019...aka JAN 1, they will be operating as GIFA INC....aka GIFX....NOTHING was said that no filings will be released until 2019 blah blah blah BS....

It's thee POLAR OPPOSITE....IF GIFA Inc is to enter 2019, aka Jan 1 2019 AS THEIR NEW FISCAL YEAR and "BE OPERATING AS GIFA Inc the public traded company" then they need to file SEVERAL SEC FILINGS NOW...AS IN IMMINENTLY NOW....as in SOON...RIGHT NOW...in order for them to be completed and ready and ON EDGAR w/o any snags by Jan 1, 2019....
