Received today from Mark Forney, my question was in regards to declining price and Future updates:

Duly noted, but the company is in a quiet period while it completes some important negotiations. Verus does plan to put out an update, but the timing will either coincide with the earnings release or could happen sooner if certain action items are completed. Either way, investors will get a full update.
