At this point (after all the f-ups) it all boils down to if you think they can deliver the cash dividends. A delay or a major increase in authorized shares will be really bad, or if you buy shares and just cash in upcoming planned dividends it will be a very decent dividend yield based on today's share price.
For a major increase in pps they need some news that can build trust again.
