I own the stock and am also disappointed by the current share price and activity. I don't think a CEO selling a very small amount of his holding to pay taxes is a big deal. If we had good news and the stock was trading where it should with some volume no one would care about the small stock sales. Let's look at the facts , they make great products and have good customers. They have great manufacturing facilities but I would think need a little more money to Finnish things up. Compared to many others in the space they are best in breed. 3rd quarter numbers come out next week and I expect them to be good and if they are not it would be a disappointment. My belief is Edgar has some good things up his sleeve and it will appear very soon. A bit of beat down calm before the storm. Float of 17 million shares and very low market cap compared to others in the space. Won't take to much to launch this rocket. I am ready for the takeoff.
