BAWL, BAWL, BAWL. Let's untangle the twisted web regarding DPBE money, treasure, and "whining". Who paid for Billy's bladder surgery? Wilf. Who paid for Billy's brain tumor surgery? Wilf. Where did the money go from the UK investor to pay the crew? Not to Wilf. It went directly to Billy. If the crew didn't get paid, it would have been because Billy didn't pay them. Wilf owes the crew nothing because Billy was Capt. Aren't captains supposed to take care of their crew before themselves? Let's be clear. As Captain, Billy was responsible for paying the crew. But instead, where did the money go? The logical conclusion leads us to Billy. Did Billy take the money personally? To top if off, Billy sold Wilf's equipment without permission. For the public record, Billy signed a release stating that he owed Wilf nothing. If he did, where's his lawsuit? This is laughable. BAWLing is no defense but apparently is the only defense left... Amazing what a little due diligence can unveil.
DPBE has been, is, and will be, around because of Wilf's efforts, not an overboard BAWL. In fact, most of the treasure is documented to have been found by others, including Capt Joe, not BAWL. Bottom-line, Wilf owes Billy nothing and "Whining Billy" knows it. A title he deservedly earned and was known by in Key West. Oh, how history can come back to haunt us as when real due diligence is revealed...
As far as unethical and immoral behavior goes, perhaps we can sort that out publicly as well in order to set the record straight. That would be the big reveal of why Capt Billy will never work for DPBE again. BAWL some more if you want this dance...
