Unfortunately a LOT of what is shared turns out to have been massively embellished, misleading or downright false.

Most NASDAQ and big board companies do not bother with fluff PRs (or "alerts') that don't give the reader some idea what the significance is of the announcement. Financial details are frequently discussed and few announce things publicly when there is an NDA.

What was the purpose of today's alert? Why announce it now? Why not wait until the OEM is ready to announce the product?
