They should send OTCMarkets a little letter from an attorney. Get the transfer agent involved. This is a nothing burger. Who holds preferred, controls. They already stated that neither Natario or Minimoo ever controlled this ticker holding preferred majority. They should threaten OTCMarkets with a lawsuit if they don’t take down that “control dispute” warning.
