I will try to answer your questions as best that I can:-
Today’s “update” was in no way, shape nor form any “delay” whatsoever, in fact I am delighted to finally be able to say; completely to the contrary.
what to do next, I own 15,000,000 share ? I am not permitted to guide you, in my capacity as a GNCC Director, as to how you deal in your shares of GNCC Common Stock.
What’s going on with my RENS(ASAP) shares? GNCC has shareholder control of ASPA Gold Corp. I cannot comment further unless I do so publicly.
What's going on with my FFGO shares? I am not and was never involved in FFGO day to day; nor ever a Director. I privately feel let down by the FFGO Management and after the “theft” of NMGL by an Attorney whom has now been convicted of Securities Fraud; staggers me; I have had zero engagement from FFGO for some years now.
What's' Going on with my HGLC share? I was a Non-Executive Director of HGLC some years ago. Due to frauds perpetrated by prior Directors before it became HGLC; it was destroyed by justified actions by your SEC; solely thanks to the actions of previous Directors; I was oblivious to these facts, the SEC does not signal their Enforcement Actions; that cost the HGLC shareholders and its Board of Directors and we were blindsided.
What claims do we own? I cannot privately give that information to a single shareholder. That will be addressed once our Financial Statements (Quarterly and Annual reports) are completed and filed.
Why all the weekly trading stats? I am lost here? What weekly trading statistics?
Why the R/S then no R/S. That was decided NOT to be in the interest our shareholders of GNCC, we realized that nothing good comes from a sub penny stock effecting a Reverse Split of its shares of Common Stock.
What Happened to our interest in ASAP? You mean ASPA? If so, I refer you to previous remarks. It was by some unexplained and as yet, unknown reason lost its quotation on the OTC Markets due to some mix up regarding its CUSIP Number. We had zero prior knowledge and no recourse. It is housed primarily now, under GNCC.
What Happened to the share buyback? That was ratified and at the right time with funding; available for implementation; at our discretion.
