He advised us that this will be fixed and updated. Additionally, Trucept (TREP) has over 20 subsidiaries, as you can imagine it can be difficult to manage all of them perfectly. If you read through the financials, filings, and PR's you understand that the company strictly focuses on making a PROFIT. They do not post any fluff or waste much time - they get straight to the point.

Second, if you are having trouble contacting the company. Search Norman Tipton and his state bar Attorney profile, you can personally message him and add him on LinkedIn to voice any concerns.

Third, this company does NOT have ANY notes. Read through the filings - multiple people can affirm the company has no notes or dilution.
