Even if it doesn't necessarily get finished by Dec 14, a few of the Democrats who will be seated in January have already expressed that the Farm Bill will be one of their top priorities. I don't suspect they'll have much of a problem passing it, because the Senate version was pretty good to begin with. I'm struggling to find a point of contention that can't be worked past like the current House and SNAP.
