The $6M in cash cost us about 10 million shares. There were also some options at .80 so potentially another 2.5M or so but that would also bring in more cash as well.

The last few acquisitions also involved some shares but I haven't been tracking them too well so a few million there.

Unfortunately until congress gets off their back sides and passes some pro-MJ legislation (specifically allowing banks to get in on the actions) equity financing is the only way EVIO is going to get money
