I posted it´s "on watch". I did not ask for advices. And we all know pennystocks are about timing.

Why do you think they did a 1 for 100 reverse split with o/s below 300m? To sell at subpenny shares in the next moment and destroy a 10m o/s stock with unlimited dilution down to .0001? Makes no sense.

There are two ways how to convert and i know which one makes more sense with large convertible debt and very low o/s. And i see the history and name change, reverse split, o/s below 10m...

Did you see PPCB? There were also many warnings because of the convertible debt and look what happened. We will see how they do it. If they do it wrong here, they are in my blacklist.
