Is this VPS shares at Merkur news?First time I hear that about shares in Norway.
Is this 8-k an excuse why common shareholders were kept in the dark while shareholders in Norway had more information?
Seems they are fearing that they will be kicked-out of the OTC and Solomon will have some problems diluting further.
