I have no idea what these SEC statements mean other than this team is clueless and I will be shocked to see a distribution of Triway in my life time. Hint Peter and Solly and Dan, this is the most significant corporate event in the history of SIAF / TRW or what have you. I'm not buying that they are two separate companies. The same idiot is running both companies. How about a conference call. That would be the right thing to do and might help you dig out of this mess.
