Ya that and I think the custodianship industry has been so hot as of late, that these are now starting to lose some of their zest. But IMO traders are overlooking $CNHC and Chaing. The shell is of good quality, with a positive book value from it's last filing...the Nevada law states that technically as the custodian, he has legal rights to take claim, initiate litigation, etc. over those assets on the books of the company before it went default/revoked status...he's even (legally) allowed to break into the company's former offices, and seize any and all assets, recover all books/records...it's not likely the co still has an office anymore at this time, since former management was located in china and most likely rented a cheap office or mailbox in NV, but with custodianships you never know what you're going to get--both good and bad. That's the beauty of the IMO.
And, rather than having a typical shell hijacker, who have half a dozen or so tickers in their possession, where most wait idly before being sold to actual private companies for reverse mergers, Chiang is new to the game so odds of him finding a merger candidate are much higher and will most likely happen fairly quick. Staying positive indeed haha don't mind the wait
