VMGI....The fins will be ugly. Sprung and crew won't even file to do any insider buying of common at these prices....why should we? Fins won't be any help to get Finra's approval of this messy deal plus they still need to wait for symbol and name change. The smoke won't clear until the 1st Q of next year. The tax loss selling will start soon and we will probably see .0001-.0002 for a Merry Christmas. Merry for those out now and buying back at the bottom for Jan when ex longs took their tax loss and buy back in during rising pps IF all looks better by then, Watch.
