Current Issued and Outstanding common share count has been updated on the company website, 592.97M as of Oct 4, 2018. He did NOT LIE BUT HE WAS NOT COMPLETELY HONEST. He KNEW 250,000,000 more was coming. I won't give the details of my email, but I will tell you that was my 1st and only time contacting him. WE ARE NOW TALKING SHADES OF GRAY.
