i agree with your statement excpet for the fact that the company believe's there stock price should be higher to show value to its shareholders that have been here ,they budget for the buy back already to .6 so to them they want to show value to old and new and possible newer shareholders.you cannot stick it to the shorts if no believes nor holds the stock.kazzz
