May see some share structure modifications associated with control block of shares for the deal. Termination of Custodianship once Arcaro hands over shell to new owner. New company will likely be announced shortly thereafter

The AS was increased by a minuscule 200 mill shares (from 100 Mil to 300 Mil) at the Nevada SOS on 05-Nov-2018 (likely associated with the control block of shares for the deal as you stated). A 300 mil AS is awesome IMO.

With this stellar pennyland SS, this thing has the potential to be a high flyer. It all depends on the new company coming in here.
