But it isn't as simple as you make it seem. You haven't invented the wheel here.

I'm sensing that you don't have much experience with Chinese small caps, if any. The reality is that many cheap viable companies eventually go dark. Or private for a fraction of book value. If it has a senior listing and gets delisted, you will lose 70% in a day regardless of how cheap it is.

And this is a risk for SIAF too. Perhaps Dan will leave. Where will that leave Solomon? Except that SIAF can't go dark because they promised us the dividends and they have a responsibility towards TRW's uplisting. Which is an important aspect about your investment here. But don't push Solomon too far... And the same applies for the shareholders. Don't push them too far.

And one of the biggest issues, perhaps, is that SIAF is treated the exact same way as all those other Chinese companies. Who have failed. Solomon is making it very easy for the market with the collateral shares and the dilution/dumpage. And... we are not getting any press releases whatsoever.
