Popularity of bought-deal financing has not been limited to Canada, happens on both sides of the border.

$20M, quite frankly, is not a lot of money (though it makes me wonder if more may happen).

The financing itself isn’t what is worrisome to me. I am bothered by it being done by the same company, Beacon, who issued the $8.00 CAD target price not long ago. That said, I have seen far shadier shit happen in this sector.
