1. The vast majority of the stories that appear on The Hill's website are about politics.

2. The topic of this story is an investment in wood.

3. The Hill published a disclaimer, saying that the words in this article weren't their opinion.

Q2. Why would The Hill publish an article about a topic that wasn't partisan politics and wasn't non-partisan political science?
