Bright Green has signed (2) two contracts with Dalsem for over $200 million. One is for a complete “renovation” of the high tech glass greenhouse in Grant's NM, and to automate for medicinal plants. The second contract is for the 130 acre facility, currently awaiting federal approvals to approve the 25 year business agreement. Bright Green/Acoma have been working on these approvals for over 2 years. Specifically there is no building until the federal approvals to approve the 25 year business agreement.
BGG has “confirmed their plans” associated with the aforementioned contracts are moving forward. I suspect a new narrative will be seen in the ibox very soon. BGG is close to FINRA and federal approvals.

To summarize,
• Confirmed John Fikany (former Microsoft senior executive) is Director. And that an announcement and PR is coming.
• Bright Green currently has scientists, PhDs and clinical trial doctors involved in complex natural concoctions that we have filed provisional patents.
• Dalsem is waiting for Bright Green to receive their approvals from the federal governments. Bright Green/Acoma have been working on these approvals for over 2 years. Very complex and probably the first in the nation. Specifically there is no building until the federal approvals to approve the 25 year business agreement.
• The Grants facility is now currently under renovations(matches City's report of crew currently working onsite). Dalsem is involved as a supplier
• Bright Green expects to complete the merger with GNCC, as planned. This approval is subject to FINRA
• The greenhouse in Grants was transferred from Sunnyland to Lynn Stockwell in December 2015
• Lynn Stockwell transferred the property to Bright Green Group Of Companies Inc.
• Confirms - there is no litigation in any of the Bright Green corporations.
