There is absolutely nothing 'scam' about the digesters, LRS, or the private JV (ECOS/Bio-art LLC) established by LRS's astute attorneys to keep LRS at arms-length from ECOLOCAP solutions (ECOS), the public corporation.

Sometimes the naive get confused when buying penny stocks and reading legal documents.

It will be 2 years in December since the JV agreement was first published. ECOS has yet to report any revenues or assets from those agreements (or any other agreements)??
