Ok here is the truth:

Bright Green came out swinging 2 years ago claiming that they were going to build the largest marijuana grow operation in the United States. They believed that they could open this operation on Native American tribal lands and therefore would not be subject to state and federal regulations/laws. They were very wrong. New Mexico requires a grow license AND a sellers license in order to grow/sell medical and recreational marijuana in their state, neither of which GNCC or BGG possess at this time (they could still sell it on the tribal land as long as it isn't taken off that same land).

Their initial $200 million dollar project, mathematically was only going to be profitable if they were able to transport the product over state lines. The 40 million plants they planned on growing would have been 4x the amount that New Mexico's entire MJ market currently consumes (all of this is public information, just do the math yourself).

Currently federal law prohibits transportation of MJ over state lines, even if both states have decriminalized it.

On top of all this BGG had planned on Dalsem building their new facility and renovating the current one. Amazing as this sounds a project this technologically advanced would require them using foreign and non-Indian employees which is illegal per federal law through Bureau of Indian Affairs. Not putting the Native Americans down but Dalsem is known to be the world's best commercial greenhouse builder and therefore would require their specialized engineers and scientists on the ground in some form or another.

BGG had also planned on using EB-5 money through Chinese investors to fund the entire project. The EB-5 program is in the congressional crosshairs at the moment as it is riddled with scams and fraud. Add in the fact that BGG would be stepping on the toes of state and federal authorities by building and operating this facility, it would be next to impossible to get approval for this.

So that is more than likely the reason why the company has been dark for more than 2 years now. According to all the initial company disclosures they should have plants growing in a renovated facility by now. Actually by the end of 2017 beginning of 2018. Judging by the pictures posted on this board by members, this is still years away from completion.

So here is where we stand as investors:

1) BGG and GNCC have not merged, although the New Mexico SOS shows GNCC with trail of evidence to BGG.

2) BGG does not have a working website and will not return emails from investors. (some claim to have received return correspondence but I personally have not. I have emailed all of the Stockwells and even tried to contact their lawyer who's info is in a post on this board from the beginning of 2018, to no avail)( I did receive a return email from Dalsem who said they could not talk about the project at this time)

3) According to the pictures the project does have some repairs being done but no where near the $200 million project that was initially described. Their initial plan called for renovations to the current facility, AND a brand new one across the street which shows no signs of being started on.

4) BGG has not put out any press releases about this project or even commented on it to a news outlet in years. It has however been confirmed that the BGG owns the greenhouse in the pictures.

This is what can be seen from an investor's standpoint, and though it does not paint a pretty picture I personally started buying shares after the pictures of renovations were posted. Just from a basic operational standpoint, the moment I saw the loading dock being upgraded I knew this project was still on in some fashion.

Take from this what you will, but do not buy or sell based on my postings.
