understood.What I'm getting at is what stops the company from making another offering again in the near future?They could've done today's offering for a larger # of shares(instead of the 1.2M shares),once and for all? The concern/perception of investors might be that the company will keep repeating these.Fully understand that biotechs need funds, but is many small offerings better?or is it better to have infrequent larger share raise?That's basically my concern here.
