Just so everyone understands they did not acquire some huge trucking company with a massive fleet of trucks for millions of dollars. GRF is a logistics company who contracts with independent truckers to run freight. The independent truckers are the ones who own the trucks, and they run loads for anybody who contracts with them. The cost and overhead of this acquisition isn’t as much as you think. Exposure is what it’s all about. Great move IMO
