Last interaction I had with CEO was on 10/31. Here is what he said about the progress of the negotiations:

Regarding the current status, I can't divulge much info except to say we're working on all cylinders to get a sign-able deal to purchase the world Rights to the Industrial Turbo-Prop Airplane from the subsidiary of the large international company. I won't mention timeframes because the process involves both the subsidiary and the parent company. Having said that, we'd like to have sign-off in the next couple of months

I fully understand your frustration but I believe that getting this deal would be a major event for the company and our shareholders.

PS FYI Regarding last year's comment(referencing PR of Sept. 17 that stated company was in final negotiations), things changed afterwards as the parent company became directly involved. This added a whole new scenario much to our mutual benefit.
