here's the rub Boodog, we've been hearing that forever and it never happens. I hope I am wrong but I predict the 10q will have more buried bodies and will further delay any so-called partnership into 2019 and beyond.

That is Leo's MO: delay divert and deceive. That is all he's done this year.
