28k is just people who signed up. Those are not paid customers who have bought something, nor are they patients per say. Granted some will purchase, some will not. When Namaste MD hits a million signups that's where you will see massive revenue with tens of thousands out of that million buying at any given month. Sure did pick a crappy morning(so far) to release that patient count after all this time, haha.
