I do believe I corrected myself after looking closer on the OTC Markets website.... and I said that on a follow-up post:

Were are all these so-called quarterly financials with attorney letter? Oh wait, I see them on the OTC Markets webpage... but wait OTC Markets webpage is not relevant, so I'm told..... Folks please believe the YIELD sign and WARNING as this ticker is just your normal stinky pinky and is being pumped by the company's PR guy....

I think what threw me off when I first looked closely was they were not listed in chronological order as the first in line was the 2017 Annual report.

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
