The PR says nothing more than what was released by the Merkur Exchange this morning. I think we deserve to know what the frickin issues are. I also want to know who they are using for Legal / Financial advice and for them to get someone who knows what the hell they are doing. This is absolutely ridiculous and how why these clowns are compensated are beyond me.

RD is right. Transparency is key. Something they promised and never delivered on. Where are they on operations. Stop screwing around testing and start selling whatever the hell works. Hire really solid professionals to run the place, Solomon can't do it, Tony is a geek a scientist and Dan is worthless. Align the pay with performance. As far as I can tell they haven't proved the whole model that the Chinese are earning more and will pay more and want to eat better. It's one thing after another and we have a CEO in his mid-70s that has no succession plan.
